Edge Brewing – Mountain DDH Hazy IPA

PourDirty yellow in colour with a big bubbly, white head.

Quite a clean and hoppy beer made with pure water from altitude and fermented with wild honey. Then it was double dry hopped with Amarillo. It’s basically a fancy SMaSH style beer with one malt and hop. The wild honey doesn’t over power the flavour of the hops and more adds to the colour. You could easily drink this after a mountain hike in early spring where there’s still a small hint of snow on the ground and sun shining through regrowth greenery of the trees.

I drink beer. And occasionally I'll write about it. But mostly, I drink beer.
