Pour: Dark ruby red with a big white head on pour
This iteration has upped the rye malt adding a dryness and bitterness more associated with rye IPAs. There is still a sweet caramel undertone to help smooth out the harshness. Pairs well with the dark chocolate Easter bunny I got for Easter.
