Straight up smells of a kombucha. Fermented black tea flavour backs up the aroma. It’s dry and slightly tannin mouthfeel. It looks like a beer but definitely drinks like an organic, unflavoured kombucha. No hop profile. Not much malt profile. It’s feels like a pretentious afternoon in idealistic Byron Bay surrounded by hipster hippies, eating vegan/gluten free/soy-nut-substitute-roasted-chickpea snacks and pontificating on the leftist agenda while passing around blunts on the beach.
