A white bread, almost pasta type flavour. There’s a noble hop bitterness that is quite herbal and spicy. It doesn’t feel as balanced as a Czech Pilsner. It may not be the freshest version of this beer either to be honest. I feel like on tap in a Munich beer hall, served in a cold stein glass, it would be much more refreshing and drinkable.
