Deep black with a small, thin tan head. This one starts out quite sweet. Almost like brown sugar. As it warms, notes of chocolate and cream and soft roasted flavours. A beautiful sipping beer, perfect for after dinner while relaxing and watching TV. It’s Friday night. The week is done. The weekend is an open slate. Maybe a sleep in. Maybe a hike if the weather is nice. Perhaps a BBQ with friends. Whatever the plans, the perfect kick off is this delicious stout.
