Tasting Notes
A light golden yellow with a big foamy white head. Subtle pine and citrus aromas. A little bready with a sharp bitterness bite on first sip. A little bit more body than I was expecting from a session IPA. This isn’t just a watered down IPA but a balanced beer with a nod to West Coast IPA styles. This was much more enjoyable than I was initially expecting. Easy to have a few of these while prepping chicken wings in the smoker on a cool, sunny, late winters afternoon.
